Branscombe House is designed to be a comfortable, elegant home and guests are encouraged to share its many attributes. There are 3 good-sized bedrooms. All are tastefully decorated with high quality fabrics and antique furniture. Colour televisions and hair dryers are standard – tea & coffee facilities are available.
	The “Four Poster Room” offers a relaxed, cultured ambience enhanced by its draped bed, en suite bathroom and adjoining sunny balcony.
Equally appealing, the “Half Tester Room” has an alluring charm of its own. A traditional stone and flint wall compliments the Victorian half-tester bed with a luxuriously deep mattress and large en suite bathroom.
	The “Twin-bedded Room” is decorated and furnished with an oak and acorn theme. A private sitting room and bathroom give a generous amount of accommodation.
The culinary expertise of Branscombe House clearly demonstrates yet another talent where style, panache and experience results in a wide and varied choice of enticing dishes – any of which can be prepared to individual guests tastes. Fresh local produce is used wherever possible to create meals of outstanding quality.

Guests will always be assured of a warm and friendly welcome. Upon arrival they can enjoy Afternoon tea with home made cake in the conservatory or garden. Branscombe House aims to please in every way possible and to make guests feel totally relaxed during their stay. A comfortable “sunny in summer – cosy open fire when its cold” sitting room provides a restful retreat. Set in "an area of outstanding natural beauty" in East Devon just east of Sidmouth. Lyme Regis to the west is a pretty coastal town made famous in the "French Lieutenant's Woman". Whilst Honiton is 7 miles away and a great place for clotted cream and antiques. The beaches are unspoilt with wonderful walks on the Devon Coastal Path. This is now part of the Jurassic Cost and a World Heritage Site. The many nearby National Trust Properties in the area, including Castle Drogo, Killerton and Knightshayes Court.
