Branscombe House is just off the A3052 between Sidmouth and Beer at the North end of the village of Branscombe. From M5 at Junction 25 (Taunton) Take A375 and A30 Honiton and follow signs for Sidmouth / Seaton. From the A3052 , take signs for Branscombe and The Donkey Sanctuary From M5 at Junction 30 (Exeter) Take A3052, turn right after Sidford to Branscombe
